We offer free delivery for all of our products Australia wide. During delivery, all items are tracked and insured. We are located in Perth, Western Australia and all products are produced locally and despatched on demand. Below are the expected pick up and delivery times.
* Rolled prints/canvasses can be delivered in a tube to your door within 1-2 weeks locally.
* For Eastern State orders, please allow 3 weeks.
* If you live locally and would like to collect your rolled print/canvas, we can organise for you to collect it from Fitzgerald Photo Imaging after 5 working days.
* If you want to collect your face mount acrylic print or framed print/canvas, we can arrange for you to collect it after 10 days from either Fitzgerald Photo Imaging or
Ace Picture Framers.
* Due to the expense of international shipping we only offer rolled products outside of Australia. A flat fee of AUD$60 will be charged for this service, worldwide.
Some remote locations may incur additional fees within reason.
* International delivery times will vary depending on your location but will arrive as soon as possible.
Skyflow will make every effort to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition in the times outlined above. Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email recording the product selected and expected delivery/pick up time. However these times are only a guide. Unforeseen circumstances such as availability of materials, courier damages/delays, delivery to remote locations or any other event that is out of our control may result in extended shipping times. Where possible we will communicate any delay as soon as possible.
Skyflow is proud to use local industry leaders in the art and printing industries to perfect the final product you receive. We use Fitzgerald Photo Imaging for all our printing services and Ace Picture Framers for all custom framing work and canvas stretching. Both companies have been in the industry for over 30 years and produce the highest
quality products available.
Skyflow's products are available in a range of quality materials and sizes. Custom sizes are available upon request. Canvas
Skyflow only use museum quality UV lacquered canvas. Because we only use the highest quality photo canvasses, your images take on a dimension of sophistication lending a stylish elegance to any room. All images are inspected by experienced technicians at Fitzgerald Photo Imaging giving you peace of mind.
Canvas is available in a variety of sizes in rolled form or stretched over a frame. When the canvas rolled option is selected, it will be shipped in a postal tube. The stretched canvas option arrives at your door ready to hang. Please note that the final size of stretched canvas is the same as the print size selected.
Floating canvas frames
Canvas floating frames are one of the specialities we offer. This is a simple but very classy way to frame your canvas with a small gap between the frame and the image. Float frames are available in oak, black or white.
Smooth Pearl fine art Paper
Ilford 310gsm Presitge Smooth Pearl Paper - High-density, resin coated heavyweight base and smooth pearl finish not only eliminate glare and fingerprints but with its natural photographic white tint, produce prints with the true look and feel of a photograph. For outstanding imaging performance, combined with the benefit of “touch dry” from the printer, this pearl surface media is the “choice of professionals”.
Textured Fine art paper
Hahnemühle German Etching – A white, 100% α-cellulose paper – guarantees archival standards. The mould-made etching paper features a distinct textured surface. With its premium matt inkjet coating German Etching meets the highest industry standards regarding density, colour gamut, colour graduation and image sharpness, complying with the highest archival standards including a pH-Value of 8.2 (acid-free). This is our premium paper that we recommend for the ultimate finish and longevity of your image.
Framing Options
Standard framing options include either a black or white 3cm wide frame with a white border of varying width to suit the size of the image – ranging from 6cm to 9cm. Framed with plexiglass instead of glass, making it lighter and safer for postage. We can provide glass if you prefer, however we recommend that you collect it from Ace Picture Framers as glass can break during transit and safe delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Face mount acrylic
Give your image a 3d floating effect when hanging from the wall with our face mount acrylics. Printed on metallic paper, fronted with 6mm acrylic and supplied with a u-channel for easy hanging, this is the perfect option if you are looking for something a little different. Please note that the final size of face mount acrylic products is the same as the print size selected.
